More than 20 years ago, our founder Gabrielle Frizzera Flowers began her…development as an intern at the St. Vincent Treatment Center.
This experience inspired Gabrielle to continue her work in childhood education graduating …. University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Her next step was graduate work at Towson University. After graduating with her master’s in early childhood development with honors while working at several daycare facilities.
This combination of classical education and real world experience would help launch Step by Step Children’s Learning Center.
In business for more than a decade, the learning center has earned a reputation for blending education, creativity and physical activity in a caring, monitored e….well prepared for the first crucial years of education.
Staffed by accredited professionals, Step by Step Children’s Learning Center features a dedicated team of caregivers and teachers who know that children learn….and proceed at their own pace.

Step by Step Children’s Learning Center blends the comforts of home and the learning environment of a preschool. We offer care for children from six weeks to six years old.
